Peter Torssell (b chin med) is the head and main teacher of Akupunkturakademin (The school of acupuncture in Stockholm).

He is a guest lecturer at different universities in Sweden in Chinese medicine and Chinese food regulation. Has also lectured in Finland, Norway, Belgium, Denmark, England, Ireland, Poland and Malaysia.

Peter runs a private practice of Chinese medicine and acupunture in Sollentuna, outside Stockholm since 1988 and is currently working with presenting Food as medicine from classical Chinese medicine and how well it is suited for modern patients and how all diets are understood clinically within the classical paradigm in ”Yin yang and Four types”.
