I signed up for a course. How do I access it?
All our courses are eLearning courses, available 24 hours a day, so long you have an internet connection.
To watch your course, simply make sure you are logged in and take the course either from your account or from the course page.
An easy way to find it is under “My Academy” => “My Courses” on the top bar.
There is no sound from the video files. I have checked my speakers.
Due to some regulations, videos that start automatically must start without sound. Please look at the lower side of the video and check if the sound might be muted.
How long do I have access to the courses?
The license you purchase is without an expiration date unless otherwise stated.
Feel free to buy now and watch later or watch one time now and again next year. That’s one of the bonuses of TCM Academy; it’s easy to go back to certain topics of learning and thus to make the most out of each course.
In fact, we encourage you to return to courses again and again as the learning continues and in each view, we learn and understand new things.

How do I complete a course?
Are the different lessons marked as completed on the course page? Please make sure you have marked all videos as completed when watching them.
To mark a video as complete press the Complete button, (only possible once the video comes to its end) or by completing the following quiz, where exists.
I purchased a course some time ago, and now it is not in my account. What happened?
The most common issue is being registered with two (or often) more email addresses. Check the few you are regularly using.
Is this course approved towards CEU’s/PDA’s/CPD’s
Different associations approve our courses (Click here to find out more). All the information about our offers can be found on the course page; length, approvals, and more. Please note that NCCAOM and Florida members must report their membership information upon course completion. Look for the email when completing the course.
