Course Overview

In this lecture, Dr. Yair Maimon delves deep into the understanding of the point ST-45. Jing well points, such as St-45, have a strong effect on the Yin-Yang dynamic, so this point is commonly used in clinical practice to expel heat, either by needling or bleeding the point.

The heat clearing ability of ST-45 is enhanced by the fact that it is the metal point of the Stomach channel, and metal gives borders to fire/heat.
