Course Overview

There is a fear pandemic that rides alongside the CoVid 19 one. It’s fueled by economic uncertainty, racist violence, global warming and more.

Fear is a powerful state that drives people to take impulsive and too-often regrettable actions, embrace rigid thoughts and join polarized tribes.

We will use polyvagal theory to explore the physiology of traumatic stress in a communal context and the critical role healers play.
