Classical Chinese medicine has attributed the various aspects of memory to the different sections of the psyche.

In this course, we will examine the construct of the mind from the Chinese perspective and how this relates to our Western neuro-psychological concepts. 

Memory problems and attention deficit issues are increasing in our modern societies; some acupuncture strategies concerning reduced memory and amnesia will be discussed. In addition, “Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity” (ADHD) will be examined concerning TCM patterns and in the context of personality disorders and Temperaments.
